First Day of Training for EPSO Module Held within the Ready4EU Program
The first day of training for the EPSO module within the Ready4EU program was organized by the Human Resources Directorate in cooperation with the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA). The two-day training, led by experts from France, aims to familiarize participants with recruitment procedures in EU institutions, focusing on EPSO selection processes and developing competencies for successful participation. The event included introductory panels with speakers emphasizing the importance of strengthening Montenegro's administrative capacity for EU accession and preparing civil servants for work in European institutions. The Ready4EU program is designed to enhance knowledge, skills, and professional competencies necessary for effective functioning in the European administrative environment.
