Public Announcement for Intern Examination

Based on Article 9 of the Law on Interns in Courts and the State Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Exam (Official Gazette of CG, No. 55/16), the Ministry of Justice announces that the Ministry of Justice will organize the intern examination in October 2026 at Vuka Karadžića 3, Podgorica, no later than 15 days from the date of publication of this public announcement. Applicants must also provide their address, email, and contact phone number in their application. The intern exam is conducted in accordance with the Law on Interns in Courts and the State Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Exam (Official Gazette of CG, No. 55/2016) and the Regulation on the Program and Method of Passing the Exam for Interns in Courts and the State Prosecutor's Office (Official Gazette of CG, Nos. 13/2017, 28/2017, and 16/2018). NOTE: Candidates who completed their study program at the Faculty of Law under the Bologna process are required to submit copies of diplomas/certificates from undergraduate and specialist academic studies. Candidates who graduated from a foreign law faculty must also submit a decision on the recognition of their foreign educational documents.
