Data Protection Training Course Organized for Representatives of the National Authority for Complaint Resolution

Today, September 10th, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized a training course for representatives of the National Authority for Complaint Resolution (ANSC). The purpose of the training was to strengthen the knowledge and skills of ANSC staff in correctly and uniformly applying the provisions of Law no. 195/2024, identifying and properly managing risks associated with personal data processing, as well as consolidating internal compliance mechanisms in the field of data protection. The main topics covered included: fundamental principles of personal data processing, conditions for lawful processing, data subjects' rights, data operators' obligations, technical and organizational security measures, and procedures for notification and management of security incidents. The session also included specific discussions on the process of examining and resolving complaints, managing documents and evidence presented by parties, organizing and conducting open sessions, including audio-video recording, communicating procedural acts, and issuing and publishing decisions/orders and other acts of ANSC on the official website. The training was held at the ANSC headquarters with the participation of 28 employees.
