Training series for representatives of the National Social Insurance House continues

On August 14, 2026, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) conducted a new training course in the field of personal data protection for employees of the National Social Insurance House (CNAS). The training is part of the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Training Plan for CNAS employees, signed by the leadership of CNPDCP and CNAS on July 8, 2026, aiming to strengthen employees' knowledge and professional skills, as well as to ensure the correct and uniform application of legal provisions within the institution. The course's goal was to enhance CNAS employees' capacities regarding the lawful, fair, and transparent processing of personal data, and to contribute to a better understanding of their responsibilities in the collection, use, storage, and transmission of data. Additionally, aspects related to ensuring data confidentiality and security, employee responsibility in data processing, risk prevention, and management of situations affecting data security were addressed. Conducting the training in this format allowed for the participation of a broad range of institution representatives and facilitated their access to information and recommendations provided by domain experts. By continuing the training outlined in the Collaboration Plan, CNPDCP and CNAS are strengthening their cooperation to develop employees' professional skills and ensure proper application of the new legal framework regarding personal data protection.
