Locared citizen of BiH wanted by NCB Interpol Zagreb
Officers of the Podgorica Police Department – Criminal Police Department for wanted activities and requests, in coordination with officers of NCB Interpol Podgorica, after exchanging operational information, carried out a targeted field activity and located an international fugitive wanted by the Republic of Croatia. (37), a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for whom an international arrest warrant has been issued by Croatia. The international warrant for this person was issued by NCB Interpol Zagreb, by order of the Municipal Court in Zlatar from 2014, due to suspicion of committing a criminal offense of illegal entry, movement, or stay in the Republic of Croatia. He was detained and brought before an investigating judge of the Higher Court in Podgorica, who ordered his extradition detention, after which he was taken to the premises of the Prison Administration in Spuž. NCB Interpol Podgorica and NCB Interpol Zagreb will continue communication and information exchange regarding further procedures and the extradition of this person to the Republic of Croatia.
