Vulnerabilities in VMware Software

Two vulnerabilities have been identified in VMware software: CVE-2026-59346 (critical, CVSSv3 score 9.3) and CVE-2026-59347 (high risk, CVSSv3 score 8.1), which allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on a device hosting VMware virtual machines. To exploit these vulnerabilities, the attacker needs local administrator rights within the virtual machine.
