Bečić congratulates General Vuksanović on international recognition

I congratulate the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Montenegro, Brigadier General Miodrag Vuksanović, on his induction into the International Hall of Fame of the United States Army War College—an exceptional recognition of his professional career, knowledge, and achievements. Induction into the International Hall of Fame, which honors distinguished international graduates who have achieved significant career success in the armed forces of their countries, now including Montenegrin Brigadier General Miodrag Vuksanović, is a prestigious recognition for the general and, at the same time, a major recognition for the Armed Forces of Montenegro and the defense sector. This recognition is especially significant because it comes from the institution where he himself attained the highest levels of military and strategic education and was already recognized as one of the outstanding students of his generation. Such recognitions confirm how important it is for the most responsible positions to be held by professionals with knowledge, experience, and achievements, ready to assume responsibility and implement the changes needed in our defense system. This kind of selection is crucial for reforms, strengthening the capabilities of the Armed Forces, and building a system based on knowledge and professionalism.
