Decision on the allocation of funds for financing projects/programs of NGOs through the public call "Encouraged and Persistent – on the Path to Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities"
Based on Article 32ž of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 39/11, 37/17, 84/24) and the Regulation on financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations in areas of public interest (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 013/18 from 28.02.2018, 010/26 from 03.02.2026), and in connection with the Public Call no. 13-056/26-561/10 titled "Encouraged and Persistent – on the Path to Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities" for financing projects/programs of NGOs in the field of Protection of Persons with Disabilities, on the 10th of the month, the Fund Allocation Committee for financing projects/programs of NGOs in the field of protection of persons with disabilities, of the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights (hereinafter: Committee), issues a decision on the allocation of funds for financing projects/programs of NGOs through the public call "Encouraged and Persistent – on the Path to Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities" for financing projects/programs of NGOs in the field of Protection of Persons with Disabilities.
