Candidate Assessment Date for Public Competition No. 02-100/26-2215/3 for the Needs of the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries

The assessment of the competencies, knowledge and abilities of candidates who meet the requirements of the public competition for filling a position in the category of heads of administrative bodies shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the public competition and the Regulation on the Criteria and Detailed Procedure for Assessing Knowledge, Abilities, Competencies and Skills for Work in State Bodies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. [incomplete]). The content of the general test is determined by randomly selecting 60 questions, which candidates answer by choosing one of several offered answers. Each correct answer is worth one point, so the maximum number of points on the general test for each individual competency is 15. A candidate who achieves at least eight points for each individual competency on the general test shall submit to the Commission a written paper containing: “An assessment of priorities and proposals for improving work processes, or the situation in the area of work for which the candidate is appointed or assigned.” The structured interview assesses the following general competencies: oral communication, commitment to learning and development, and cooperation; as well as managerial competencies: the ability to organize work and manage human resources, and the ability to exercise strategic management. Only candidates from the List of Candidates who meet the requirements of the public competition may take part in the assessment procedure. Note: before the written test begins, candidates must present their identity card or another personal identification document with a photograph to the Commission for identity verification.
