Statement on the Decisions of the Government of Montenegro Made at the Teleconference Held on August 28, 2026
On the date, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of government members, the following decisions were made: 1. Proposal to withdraw from parliamentary procedure an Amendment to the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Liability of Legal Entities for Criminal Offenses; 5. Proposal for an amendment to the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Liability of Legal Entities for Criminal Offenses; 6. Information on financial support for the project "Kotor - Mediterranean Capital of Culture and Dialogue 2028"; 13. Proposal for the basis for negotiations and conclusion of an Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of Mongolia on mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and official passports, along with the Draft Agreement; 14. Information on the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia on cooperation in the field of diplomatic training, along with the Draft Memorandum.
