Published Regulation on Sampling and Laboratory Analyses of Rapidly Frozen Food
The regulation on special requirements for sampling procedures and laboratory analysis methods of rapidly frozen food intended for human consumption has been published in the "Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 122/2026 from 17. The regulation stipulates requirements for sampling and laboratory analysis used for official temperature control of rapidly frozen food. This regulation transposes the requirements of the European Commission Directive 92/2/EEC into Montenegrin legislation, continuing the alignment with the legal framework of the European Union in the field of food safety.
