Nikšić: Police identified and detained three persons, including one OIL, for violent behavior and causing serious bodily injury to a male person
Officials of the Nikšić Police Department, taking measures within their jurisdiction, clarified the criminal offense of violent behavior committed against a person from Nikšić, and upon the order of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, detained three persons, including one operationally interesting person. Police officers from the Nikšić Police Department were informed by the injured person, a 34-year-old man, that while he was in his passenger motor vehicle, he was physically attacked by three unknown persons, during which he was struck multiple times in the head and body, resulting in serious bodily injury, including facial bone fractures, after which he sought medical assistance. In their efforts to clarify the event and identify the perpetrators, police identified and located N.K. (21), suspected of physically attacking the victim and delivering multiple blows to the head and body, causing serious injury. These persons were brought to the police station for questioning, with the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić being informed. N.K. was detained on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of violent behavior combined with the offense of serious bodily injury, while OIL M.S.
