Candidate Verification Date for Public Competition 02-100/26-1619/3 of the Employment Agency of Montenegro
In 2026, the Employment Agency of Montenegro announced the need for an assistant director - Information System Sector. The competency, knowledge, and ability assessment for candidates meeting the public competition requirements for the position of senior official in the administration is conducted in accordance with the conditions of the public competition and in line with the Regulation on criteria and procedures for assessing knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities for work in state bodies. Each correct answer to a question is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency on the general test. Candidates who score at least eight points per competency on the general test submit a written assignment to the Commission, which includes analyzing priorities and proposing improvements in the work process. The written assignment assesses specific competencies based on criteria such as state analysis, prioritization, innovation, clarity, and structure. During the structured interview, general competencies like communication, learning orientation, cooperation, and leadership skills are evaluated, along with management and strategic planning abilities. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the public competition conditions can participate in the verification process. Candidates must present an ID or other photo ID for review before starting the assessment.
