Statement on the Decisions Adopted by the Government of Montenegro at the Telephone Session Held on October 22, 2026
On that date, in accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government, without holding a session and based on the consent obtained from the majority of Government members, the Government decided on: 1. The draft decision establishing the public interest for the expropriation of real estate in the cadastral municipalities of Gorovići in the Municipality of Kotor and Prijevor II and Maine in the Municipality of Budva, for the construction of a bypass; 2. The draft decision establishing the public interest for the expropriation of real estate in the cadastral municipality of Arbneš in the Municipality of Bar and in the cadastral municipality of Brajša in the Municipality of Ulcinj, for the reconstruction of the Vladimir–Ostros regional road; 3. The draft Excellence Scholarship Programme for doctoral research in Montenegro; 4. A request for consent to fill three positions not provided for in the Staffing Plan of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation; 9. Personnel matters: 9.1. A proposal to appoint an acting assistant director of the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions; 9.5.
