Online Workshop on Intellectual Property Valuation and IP-Based Financing: Opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises in Montenegro

The Ministry of Economic Development, in cooperation with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), is organizing an online workshop titled "Intellectual Property Valuation and IP-Based Financing: Opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises in Montenegro," scheduled for November 11. The workshop will provide participants with insights into various financing instruments, relevant European and international experiences, and key challenges in valuation, data, regulatory aspects, and financial mechanisms. A special segment will focus on Montenegro's perspective in this area, including the commercialization of intellectual property and support for innovative SMEs. Through interactive discussions, challenges faced by innovative SMEs in Montenegro regarding access to financing, support needs in IP valuation, and future collaboration opportunities will be explored. All interested entities are invited to register for the workshop, especially representatives of institutions and organizations supporting entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as other relevant stakeholders interested in the development and financing of innovations.
