Integrity Plan of the Administration for the Legalization of Unauthorized Objects
Preparing an integrity plan involves the obligation of the head of the authority to designate an integrity manager and members of the working group. The integrity plan can be modified depending on the needs, development, and interests of the authority, and the authority evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the integrity plan every other year in accordance with the Rules for the Development and Implementation of the Integrity Plan. Authorities are obliged to submit a report on the implementation of the integrity plan for the previous year to the Anti-Corruption Agency by April 15th of the current year. Based on the integrity plans and reports, the Agency compiles a report on the adoption and implementation of integrity plans in authorities, which is an integral part of the annual report on the Agency's work.
