Scholarship Competition for Talented Students for the 2026/2027 School Year
The competition aims to award 15 scholarships to regular students of vocational schools who are enrolled in programs for deficit qualifications and have at least good overall success. The Ministry will decide on appeals, establish a ranking list, and make decisions on scholarship awards, which students or their parents or guardians can appeal within eight days of the ranking list publication. Montenegrin students studying abroad must submit additional documentation. Awards are based on criteria outlined in the relevant regulations.
