Yesterday, the Human Resources Department organized a panel titled "People as Drivers – Human Resources Management in Public Administration" and conducted the first training "Human Resources Management," marking the official start of the implementation of the specific Human Resources Management Training Program. The panel featured Mr. Đuro Nikač and Mr. Milutin Pavićević, who highlighted the importance of a modern approach to human resources management in public administration, with a special focus on developing employees' professional capacities, strengthening organizational culture, strategic workforce planning, and improving organizational efficiency. The program is intended for state and local officials involved in human resources management, as well as managers and other employees participating in planning, developing, and managing personnel within government and local self-government bodies.
