Training Session on Personal Data Protection Organized for Customs Service Representatives
Today, September 24, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized a training session on personal data protection for Customs Service (SV) representatives. The training aimed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of Customs Service personnel regarding the protection and processing of personal data, in accordance with applicable legal frameworks. Practical aspects specific to SV activities were also analyzed, with an emphasis on complying with personal data protection requirements during the exercise of their duties. Discussions included practical situations related to personal data processing, responsibilities of involved persons, and measures to ensure data confidentiality. Through such actions, CNPDCP contributes to developing the professional competencies of representatives from public and private entities, promoting responsible and correct data processing practices. The event was organized for 32 customs officers.
