Organized Training on the Topic of "Intercultural School"
To empower teachers to distinguish and correctly apply the concepts of multiculturalism and interculturality, the Institute for Education organized a training on the topic "Intercultural School". Trainers Sava Kovačević, Biljana Ćulafić, and Aleksandra Radoman highlighted the importance of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their application in teaching and school activities through interactive workshops and presentations. The training emphasized the development of tolerance, mutual respect, and competencies for team and inter-institutional work, encouraging participants to promote these concepts in education. It also aimed to strengthen the educational staff for educational exchanges at local, national, and international levels to share experiences, ideas, and best practices in intercultural education. The organizer was Ms. Jasmina Đorđević, advisor at the Department for KPR.
