Jelena Borovinić Bojović

She completed her specialization in internal medicine in 2009 and her subspecialization in pulmonology in 2016 as a general practitioner at the Emergency Medical Service and the Health Center in Podgorica, after which she worked at the Infectious Diseases Clinic of the Clinical Center of Montenegro. In 2016, she became a pulmonology subspecialist at the Internal Clinic of the Clinical Center of Montenegro, where she also served as the head of the Pulmonology Department before being appointed Minister of Health. She was a court-medical expert in the field of internal medicine and pulmonology, and since 2017, she has dedicated herself to improving the work of the city parliament and strengthening cooperation with the civil sector, citizens, and international partners. At the same time, she was a deputy member of Montenegro's delegation to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, and during 2025.
