Public Call for the Introduction, Certification, or Re-Certification of Food Quality and Safety Systems in 2026

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management (hereinafter: "Ministry") based on Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Sub-item 2, and Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Conditions, Methods, and Dynamics of Implementing Measures of Agricultural Policy for 2026, announces: PUBLIC CALL for the introduction, certification, or re-certification of food quality and safety systems in 2026. Support rights established by this Public Call are realized for reimbursement of part of the costs for the introduction, certification, or re-certification of food quality and safety systems: HACCP; ISO 22000; GLOBALGAP; BRC; IFS; FSSC 22000; GOST-R; HALAL; KOSHER. This applies to systems in the process of re-certification (issued by an accredited legal entity, for the introduced standard); for KOSHER and HALAL certificates, an inspector's report confirming that self-control measures according to HACCP principles have been implemented during production. Support for the purposes specified in this Public Call, i.e., reimbursement of part of the costs for the introduction, certification, or re-certification of food quality and safety systems, is determined based on the submitted project value, excluding VAT. Applications for the Public Call with accompanying documentation should be sent by mail or through the Ministry's archive in an envelope to the address: for the Public Call for the introduction, certification, or re-certification of food quality and safety systems in 2026.
