Advertisement for a Senior Consultant
The “Employment and Social Inclusion” (IPA III) project, implemented by a consortium led by WYG Consulting Ltd, is seeking a junior expert on the Youth Guarantee. The expert will support the project team and beneficiary institutions in carrying out the activities specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Requirements include: a university degree (completed after a four-year university course or equivalent) in social sciences, economics, public administration, or another field relevant to the ToR; at least 5 years of professional experience in areas related to the ToR; and at least 3 years of specific experience in labour-market programmes, youth employment initiatives, project implementation support, coordination, or administrative support for donor-funded projects.
