Public Call for Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Consumer Protection
The Ministry of Economic Development invites the public to participate in the public debate on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Consumer Protection. The draft is available for review and comments until 20 days after the announcement. The public debate program is provided in Form 3 as prescribed by the regulation on selecting representatives of non-governmental organizations for working bodies of the state administration and conducting public consultations in the preparation of laws and strategies. The Ministry will publish a report on the conducted public debate within 15 days after its completion on its website and the e-Government portal.
