Podgorica: Five individuals detained near an OKG for suspected aiding two persons after a serious murder committed in Serbia for which these two persons are suspects

Officials of the Podgorica Police Department, upon the order of the state prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, detained a person close to a high-risk criminal group, D.L (23), a Montenegrin citizen, suspected of assisting the perpetrator after committing a criminal act. Criminal investigation indicates suspicion that D.L provided assistance to the perpetrators by arriving at an address in Podgorica with a vehicle known to police officers, where D.Dž. and N.K., Serbian nationals, were located, intending to help them, knowing that the two had previously committed a serious murder in Serbia, to the detriment of D.V. The individual will be brought before the competent state prosecutor in the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica within the legal deadline, along with a criminal report, suspected of committing the aforementioned criminal offense. He is the fifth person identified by the Montenegro Police Administration as part of a chain supporting criminal structures operating in Montenegro, including N.K., who is suspected of aiding the perpetrator after the crime, as well as committing crimes of falsification of documents and unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotics.
