Kotor: Azerbaijani Citizen Detained for Sexual Harassment of a Minor

Kotor Security Department officials, upon the order of the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Kotor, detained M.M. (59), an Azerbaijani citizen, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of sexual harassment against a sixteen-year-old minor. In a shopping center in Kotor, he approached the sixteen-year-old girl, followed her through the premises, then touched her face and kissed her hands. The minor reported the incident to security personnel, who immediately reported it to the police. Kotor police quickly identified and located M.M., after which, upon the order of the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Kotor and after collecting necessary information, he was detained on suspicion of committing the aforementioned criminal offense. The suspect will be brought to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Kotor today for further proceedings, along with criminal charges.
