Candidate Verification Data According to Public Notice 02-100/26-1787/3 Ministry of Public Administration
The content of the general test is determined by a random selection method of 60 questions, to which the candidate responds by choosing one of several offered answers. Each correct answer scores one point, so the maximum number of points on the general test for each competency individually is 15 points. The practical task is evaluated based on the following criteria: structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task, or those who receive a "satisfactory" grade on the typing, informatics, or foreign language knowledge check (if such skills are required by the advertisement), can proceed to an oral interview. During the oral interview for positions in the category of executive and expert staff, the following general competencies are assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation. For positions in the category of expert-managerial staff, in addition to general competencies, managerial competencies are also assessed, including: ability to organize work and manage human resources, and strategic management skills. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the advertisement can participate in the verification process. Note: it is necessary for candidates, before starting the written test, to present their ID card or other personal identification with a photograph to the Commission for identity verification.
