NOTICE ON TAKING THE BAR EXAMINATION – FEBRUARY/MARCH 2027 EXAMINATION SESSION
Pursuant to Article 34 of the Law on Trainees in Courts and the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Bar Examination (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 55/16), the Ministry of Justice announces that it will organize the bar examination during the February/March 2027 examination session. Applications must be submitted to the Ministry of Justice, Vuka Karadžića No. 3, Podgorica, no later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. The application must include the applicant’s address, email address, and contact telephone number. The bar examination is taken in accordance with the Law on Trainees in Courts and the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Bar Examination, and the Rulebook on the Programme and Method of Taking the Bar Examination. NOTE: Candidates who completed a law programme under the Bologna Process must submit certified copies of their diplomas or the originals/certified copies of certificates confirming completion of undergraduate and specialist academic studies. Candidates who completed law school abroad must also submit a decision recognizing their foreign educational qualification.
