Public Announcement of Reward for Information of Significance for the Location and Detention of Suspect for Serious Criminal Offenses – Ljuba Milović

Based on Article 92 of the Law on Internal Affairs, in connection with Articles 236 and 238 of the Law on Obligations, and upon the proposal of the Director of the Police Directorate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs publicly announces a monetary reward of 500,000 euros for information containing accurate data of importance for the direct location, apprehension, and detention of Ljuba Milović (43), a Montenegrin citizen, for whom an international red notice has been issued via Interpol. The notice is considered credible if it cumulatively meets the conditions of containing accurate and verifiable data that enable the location and detention of the person, directly contribute to police operational activities, and have decisive significance for successful detention. To enable immediate, confidential, and institutionally protected communication, the notice is to be delivered personally only to the Director of the Police Directorate, the Assistant Director responsible for combating crime, or the Chief of the Special Police Department. Prior notice is required to schedule an in-person meeting via the following phone numbers: 020 241-964 – Director of the Police Directorate; 020 245-020 – Assistant Director responsible for combating crime; 020 674-985 – Chief of the Special Police Department. The right to the reward does not belong to persons who already possessed the data available to the Police Directorate, police officers and their immediate family members, nor to persons who participated in committing the criminal offenses for which an international arrest warrant has been issued. The Police Directorate urges citizens who possess relevant and verifiable information that can contribute to locating and apprehending the internationally wanted person Ljuba Milović to submit it to the competent authorities in the prescribed manner.
