List of non-governmental organizations that have not submitted proper and complete applications, or documentation - "Sport knows no borders"

Based on Article 32, paragraph 2 of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations ("Official Gazette of CG", Nos. 39/11 and 37/17), the Commission for the Allocation of Funds for financing projects/programs of non-governmental organizations in the field of sports in 2026 announces the list of NGOs that have not submitted a proper and complete application for Public Competition No. 01-04/1-02-614/26-1161 dated May 15, 2026. There is no evidence of registration in the Register of NGOs with the competent authority, a statement on multiple funding has not been submitted separately, a new balance sheet and income statement with the number of statements need to be provided, the second copy of the application lacks a stamp and signature; a copy of the official statute held by the relevant ministry must be submitted. The second copy of the application also lacks signatures and stamps; corrections also include that the printed version should be submitted. The second copy of the application does not include the name of the competition. NGOs that have not submitted a proper and complete application are obliged to submit the supplement or documentation within 5 days of the list publication, i.e., by July 29. The supplement or documentation must be delivered directly to the archive of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Svetlana Kane Radević Street No. 3, 2026, with the note DO NOT OPEN – Supplement to the application for Public Competition No. 01-04/1-02-614/26-1161 "Sport knows no borders". The Commission for the Allocation of Funds for financing projects/programs of NGOs in the field of sports in 2026.
