PUBLIC CALL FOR THE SELECTION OF YOUTH SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES TO THE WORKING GROUP FOR DRAFTING THE NATIONAL YOUTH ACTION PLAN FOR 2027

With the aim of ensuring the participatory and territorially balanced involvement of youth services in preparing the Draft National Youth Action Plan for 2027, the Ministry of Sports and Youth is issuing a public call for the selection of youth service representatives to the working group responsible for drafting the plan. The objective is to improve the position of young people in Montenegro through a coordinated, participatory and inclusive approach to planning key measures and activities, as well as defining and strengthening the institutional framework for their implementation. A total of three youth service representatives will be selected, with mandatory regional representation. Regional affiliation will be determined according to the location of the youth service where the candidate performs the administrative and technical duties necessary for its regular operation, in accordance with Article 5 of the Law on Regional Development. Interested candidates who, on the date of application, perform duties necessary for the regular operation of a youth service are eligible to apply. If several eligible candidates apply from the same region, the selection will take into account the relevance and duration of their experience in youth policy and work with young people, experience working in a youth service, knowledge of the needs of young people and challenges specific to the region represented by the candidate, as well as the quality of their motivation and potential contribution to preparing the Draft National Youth Action Plan for 2027.
