Statement on the decisions made by the Government at the telephone session held on 19 October 2026. In accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government and without holding a session, the Government decided, based on the consent obtained from a majority of its members, on: a draft decision reducing excise duty rates on the sale of unleaded petrol and gas oils; a draft decision on the name of the municipal swimming pool in the Municipality of Kotor; a draft decision on the subsequent approval of a memorial in the Municipality of Kotor; and a draft amendment to the proposal to amend the Constitution of Montenegro.
