New group of directors began training for educational-institution managers

As part of the improved Training Program for educational-institution managers, 29 new directors have started professional development focused on strengthening competencies necessary for quality and responsible management of educational institutions. Through interaction, constructive dialogue, simulations of real situations, and examples from long-term practice, trainers brought complex areas of legislation and administration closer to participants and provided clear guidelines for their application in daily work. The average training rating was 4.91, confirming a high level of satisfaction with the content and delivery method, as well as the usefulness of acquired knowledge for future work. The program's particular value lies in connecting professional development with real practical challenges, enabling the application of learned skills in everyday tasks and contributing to the improvement of educational institutions' work. The next module will be 'Planning, programming, organizing, and monitoring the work of the institution,' through which participants will further develop competencies for strategic planning, organization, and monitoring of the institution's activities. Since the start of the program, a total of 231 directors have successfully completed the training, with the Institute for Education continuously contributing to strengthening the professional capacities of managers, who play a key role in improving the quality of education.
