Public Call for Consultation - Sectoral Analysis (Culture and Arts)

In accordance with Article 12 of the Regulation on the Selection of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives in the Working Bodies of State Administration Bodies and the Conduct of Public Debate in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of CG, No. 41/18), and in connection with Article 32a paragraph 2 of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (Official Gazette of CG, Nos. 39/11, 37/17, and 84/24), the Ministry of Culture and Media announces to interested non-governmental organizations operating in the fields of arts and culture, a consultation aimed at preparing a Sectoral Analysis to determine proposed priority areas of public interest and necessary funds for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations from the Budget of Montenegro in 2027. The consultations involve submitting proposals, suggestions, and comments on the Draft Sectoral Analysis in written form to the Ministry's address: Njegoševa 83, 81250 Cetinje, or electronically to: aleksandra.popovic@mku.gov.me. The Ministry of Culture and Media will organize a consultative meeting with interested non-governmental organizations operating in the fields of culture and arts on Monday, the 28th, from 10:00 to 12:00, at the Ministry's premises in Cetinje. Attendance of representatives of non-governmental organizations at the consultative meeting is mandatory, and registration must be completed no later than September 25, 2026.
