In 2026, the Ministry of Defense announced the need for a general director at the Directorate for Defense Policy. The verification of candidates who meet the conditions of the public competition for the position of senior official in the administrative body is conducted in accordance with the competition conditions and the Regulation on criteria and procedures for verifying knowledge, skills, and competencies for work in state bodies. Each correct answer on the test is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency on the general test must submit a written work assessing priorities and proposals for improving work processes. The written work is evaluated based on specific competencies such as analysis, prioritization, innovation, clarity, and structure. The structured interview assesses general competencies including communication, learning orientation, collaboration, and management skills. Only candidates from the list who meet the competition conditions and present valid identification before verification may participate.
