Public Consultation on Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Registration of Business and Other Entities
On April 14 and 15, the Regulations on the election of representatives of non-governmental organizations to working bodies of the public administration and the conduct of public consultations in the preparation of laws and strategies (Official Gazette CG, number 41/18), the Ministry of Finance opens a public discussion for authorities, organizations, associations, and individuals (interested public) to participate and contribute to improving the quality of the Draft Law on the Single Customs Environment. The public consultation is conducted by submitting comments, proposals, and suggestions in written and electronic form. The deadline for submitting comments, proposals, and suggestions is 20 days from the date of publication of this call. The program of the public discussion is provided in Form 3 as prescribed by the Regulation on the election of representatives of non-governmental organizations to working bodies of the public administration and the conduct of public consultations in the preparation of laws and strategies. The draft law on the single customs environment can be downloaded below. The Ministry of Finance will prepare a report on the conducted public consultation, which will be published within 15 days after the end of the public consultation.
