Jovan Kljajić

General Director for Infrastructure, Information Security, Digitalization, and E-Services at the Ministry of Public Administration. He built his professional career at the Ministry of Public Administration, where he performed tasks in managing and improving IT infrastructure, system administration, information security, digitalization, and electronic service development. He has many years of experience in system infrastructure, public administration, and cybersecurity. As a member of the cyber incident response team, he actively participated in activities to remediate and recover from the cyber attack on the Government of Montenegro's information infrastructure in 2022, with a special focus on strengthening protection, resilience, and continuity of information systems. He is a member of the Government's GSOC team, where he participates in developing and implementing modern cybersecurity solutions. He is the president of the Cybersecurity Agency Council. He has gained professional development through international programs, training, and study visits in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Estonia, Austria, Albania, Serbia, and Hungary. He holds numerous internationally recognized certificates in cybersecurity, incident response, Microsoft and VMware technologies, as well as CompTIA and Cisco programs. He is a recipient of the international IVLP Impact Award, awarded by the U.S. State Department, Meridian International Center, and the U.S. Embassy in Montenegro, for contributing to raising youth awareness about the importance of cybersecurity. He is also a recipient of the Employee of the Year award, given by the Government of Montenegro and the Ministry of Public Administration.
