Public Call for NGOs for One Representative for a Member of the Working Group for Drafting the Proposal of the Law on Foreign Investment Review

Number of representatives from non-governmental organizations in the working body: 1. An NGO can propose only one representative for membership in the Working Group. Criteria for the NGO representative in the working body: - must have experience in the relevant field or normative area - must not be a member of a political party, a public official, a civil servant, or an employee. The deadline for submitting proposals is ten days from the date of publication of this public call on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development (www.gov.me/mek) and the e-Government portal (www.euprava.me). The proposal for an NGO representative in the working body is submitted on Form 2, as prescribed by the Regulation on the election of NGO representatives to government bodies and public consultation in the preparation of laws and strategies. A proposal will only be considered if submitted on the prescribed form, with all necessary documentation, within the specified deadline. The organizational unit of the Ministry of Economic Development responsible for implementing the issues addressed or regulated by the working body is the Directorate for International Cooperation, European Integration, EU Funds Implementation, Electronic Communications, Postal Services, and Radio Spectrum.
