The Parliament of Montenegro in recent days adopted three comprehensive legal projects that, among other things, introduce significant innovations directly affecting our youth and children. The new legal solutions, authored by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the security sector, in the areas of civil explosives, traffic safety, and weapons, aim to protect our children and youth, our future. While they may not always understand us, unlike their parents, they will surely be grateful one day, because saving and safeguarding the lives and health of all citizens, especially our youth, is the highest goal of every responsible social actor.
