Representatives of the National House of Social Insurance trained in personal data protection
On August 25, 2026, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) continued organizing training courses in personal data protection for representatives of the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS). This activity is part of the 2026 Training Plan approved by the leaders of both institutions on July 8, 2026, aiming to strengthen CNAS employees' knowledge and skills in correctly applying new legal provisions in the field of personal data protection. The training covered fundamental principles and rules regarding data processing, data operator responsibilities, legality conditions, respecting data subjects' rights, and measures to ensure confidentiality and data security. Discussions included practical situations related to data collection, use, storage, transmission, access to information, and the need for appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Through these activities, CNPDCP aims to support public institutions in understanding and correctly applying new legal provisions, so that data protection is integrated into institutional processes and daily activities of employees. The event was held online with the participation of approximately 50 representatives of the National House of Social Insurance.
