Ulcinj: Driver arrested for testing positive for three types of drugs, marijuana found; sentenced to three months in prison
Police officers from the Ulcinj Department of Security, conducting routine traffic control on Teuta Boulevard in Ulcinj, stopped and checked a passenger car with Ulcinj license plates driven by S.B. The driver was tested for psychoactive substances, revealing he was under the influence of multiple drugs – cannabis, cocaine, and methamphetamine. He was detained for violations of the Road Traffic Safety Law and the Law on Drug Abuse Prevention, and was brought before an Ulcinj misdemeanor judge. After proceedings, the judge sentenced the Serbian citizen to three months in prison.
