The meeting was attended by 23 officials from the Ministry of Defense, who had the opportunity to learn more about the implementation process and next steps through discussion. This meeting marked the beginning of the pilot project for career development in the Ministry of Defense, through which employees, with expert support from the Human Resources Department, will have the opportunity to assess their professional capacities and developmental needs, define directions for further development, and plan specific developmental activities.
