Decree on placing small quantities of primary animal products produced on farms intended for human consumption on the market
The Government of Montenegro has adopted a decree on placing small quantities of primary animal products produced on farms intended for human consumption on the market, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, number 115/2026 from April 4. The decree sets requirements for direct supply to end consumers or retail on the local market of small quantities of primary animal products, including hygiene requirements, types of products, criteria for determining small quantities, and the local market. The decree establishes national rules in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1.
