IDPC participates in BCR Workshop at The Hague
Legal Counsel Sasha Muscat represented the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) of Malta at the three-day Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) Workshop which was held from the 9th to the 11th of June 2026 in The Hague. Hosted by the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the workshop provided an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange best practices, deepen their expertise, and discuss practical challenges in relation to BCRs. The workshop also offered a valuable opportunity to engage with colleagues from various data protection authorities across the EEA.
