Statement on the decisions of the Government of Montenegro made at the telephone session held on October 2, 2026
On October 2, 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of Government members, the Government decided on: 1. Information on the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Maritime Affairs of Montenegro and the Swedish Transport Agency regarding mutual recognition of competence authorizations in accordance with the provisions of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers from 1978. Proposal to revoke the Government's Decision No: 11-011/26-3584/3 from October 24. Proposal for a platform regarding the visit of the Government delegation led by Dr. Jelena Borovinić Bojović, Deputy Prime Minister for Health and Social Welfare, to Italy, from October 5-7.
