Selection of the National Coordinator of Montenegro for the 13th Round of the European Social Survey

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation conducted the evaluation process for applications to select the national coordinator of Montenegro for the 13th round of the European Social Survey (ESS). The evaluation covered candidates' professional competencies, experience, and profile, the quality and capacity of proposed teams and institutions, as well as the organization and implementation plan. Based on the final scores from all three evaluators, the following ranking list was established: the Scientific Research Council reviewed the evaluation process and ranking list and proposed that Dr. Jelena Zvizdojević be appointed as Montenegro's national coordinator for the 13th round. By participating in the European Social Survey, Montenegro contributes to creating internationally comparable data on attitudes, values, and social changes. The national coordination will include preparing and conducting the survey in Montenegro, collaborating with ESS experts, and promoting the results and their application.
