Eurydice releases interactive overview of teacher and school principal salaries in Europe
#EurydiceEU's interactive tool provides a visual display of data on annual gross salaries of school principals and full-time teachers, as well as information on additional allowances they may receive beyond their base salary. The web tool covers 39 education systems across 37 European countries (members of the Eurydice network) that participated in data collection. Depending on the country, data may also include private schools, which constitute a significant part of the education system in some countries (more information available in national reports). Data were collected in accordance with the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) and cover preschool, primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary general education.
