Real Estate Administration Enables Bailiffs to Submit Applications Electronically
As part of its ongoing efforts to digitize business processes and improve service accessibility, the Real Estate Administration has enabled public bailiffs to submit applications electronically. This service helps reduce the administrative burden and the need to visit the Administration’s offices in person. Cooperation with the Chamber of Public Bailiffs plays a particularly important role in its implementation, including informing members and exchanging suggestions for further improvements to electronic services. Electronic submission enables faster document exchange, more efficient use of time and resources, and improved administrative procedures. “The introduction of this service is part of the Real Estate Administration’s broader commitment to developing modern electronic services, improving business processes, and strengthening institutional cooperation with users of its services,” said the Director of the Real Estate Administration, Mr. Marko Bulatović. Through the digitalization of its services, the Real Estate Administration seeks to ensure that matters within its jurisdiction can be handled more simply, accessibly, and efficiently, while electronic application submission represents another step toward more efficient and accessible administration.
