Statement on the decisions made by the Government of Montenegro at the telephone session held on 12 October 2026. In accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government and without holding a session, the Government decided, based on the consent obtained from the majority of its members, on the Proposal of Amendments to the Proposal for Amendments to the Constitution of Montenegro and the Proposal for a Decision to Reduce the Excise Duty on the Sale of Unleaded Petrol and Gas Oils.
