Jovan Kljajić

Jovan Kljajić has many years of experience in the fields of system infrastructure, public administration, and cybersecurity. During his professional engagement at the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro, he performed responsible tasks related to managing and improving IT infrastructure, system administration, information security, and coordinating activities in digital service protection. As a member of the cyber incident response team, he actively participated in activities following the cyber attack on the government network in 2022. He has enhanced his professional skills through international programs, workshops, and study visits in the United States, the United Kingdom, Estonia, Austria, Albania, Serbia, and Hungary. He holds certificates and training in cybersecurity, incident response, Microsoft and VMware technologies, as well as CompTIA and Cisco programs. He is a recipient of the IVLP Impact Award, awarded by the U.S. Department of State, Meridian International Center, and the U.S. Embassy in Montenegro, for his contribution to raising awareness among youth about cybersecurity.
